I read that article yesterday and what criminality are you referring to?
Mueller's responsibility is limited Trump, his campaign and people associated with his campaign in their dealings with Russia.

The Clinton Foundation was a political charity and has nothing to do with what's going on now other than being an excellent Trump base deflection.
