You are right...the superpac is just an all expense paid vehicle for publicity....

I do not know but Congressmen have similar campaign funds wherein they can use money to pay salaries....to family members who are "staff" on campaign payrolls. I wonder if a Superpac could be used to pay a "salary" to a close relation (spouse or child). Ron Paul is known to pay family members salaries...I wonder if any goes back to the patriarch?
