Chris Christy in 2012

with Dement as VEEP. How about it?

Christie is appealing in some ways, but if Jim Demint was on the ticket, I'd vote for the other candidate, no matter who it was. I'm afraid Christie doesn't have a chance, however. The Presidency is a beauty contest and Christie doesn't have the camera appeal (in other words, he wouldn't be popular for the same reason that Palin is popular).

Maybe Mitch Daniels on top of the ticket wiith Christie as VP?

finally you say something reasonable (my guess is you know very little about Christy) then you go and screw it up with Dement.

Good grief.

I say this as a fat man. In this media intensive, image conscious society, his appearance would create some barriers. From reading up on his record a bit, he is very conservative, but I doubt he would be sufficiently orthodox for the TP. Image aside, I wouldn't vote for him.

D-Ray

I do like Christy allot and have championed him here (must be where double dog got the idea) but what on the planet does he know about foreign policy? I have never heard him speak to anything doing with anything other than NJ math. He's good for NJ but I can't see how that translates.

Sarah of course is just an idiot.

One thing's for sure. If Palin looked like Barbara Mikulski (D - Maryland), nobody would have ever heard of her.

BTW, I kinda like Babs. She's the quintessential Baltimoron.

I had that same conversation today with the couple we went out with. As I've said before, when I see her I see a picture of Dorian Gray.

Senator Barb does look after her constituents, this I know from personal experience. I not only voted for her, I also sent her money. That dipstick who ran against her was the real moron.

Speaking of morons Jim Demented would never get my vote, unless it was a vote to kick him out of the country.
