He must REALLY love Breitbart!

I missed the speech, did Obie say "Mission Accomplished?"

Parsing, great. He should be a contortionist.

August 31st, if there is no more combat there shouldn't be any combat casualties. Right?

Or is that parsing too?

Pete

You mean combat operations have been over for 7 1/2 years and Obama is just figuring it out? What a maroon!

I don't get your criticism at all on this one. Obama is handed an intractable mess that followed an unnecessary war that the GOP claims was won in May 2003 and again in 2007 (after "The Surge") and somehow he's the culprit for not straightening out a strategic blunder of biblical proportions. You're grasping at straws, Pete and even starting to make Sarah seem logical.

What has that got to do with it?

If combat operations are stopping, there will be no more combat casualties, right?

Pete

Boooosh, it's Boooosh. That man is certainly powerful, to make Obama say things on 08-02-10. Dance, monkey, dance!

So John, in your parsing-exposing experience, just how does one get combat casualties without combat?

Pete

There have never been casualties on peacekeeper missions and police operations? Embassy guards have never been killed? Being a soldier in a place where there are those hostile to our presence is not a particularly safe. Ever heard of Lebanon - that wasn't a combat mission was it?

By August 31, there will be 94,000 fewer troops in Iraq than there were when Obama was sworn in. By God! He never had any intention of getting the troops out of Iraq. Obama just found a much larger than expected turd in the bowl when he brought the plunger in.

In the words of the Boss, "Blinded by the light . . . "

Regards,

D-Ray
