Just found out that Adam Schiff is a graduate of Stanford (BA) and Harvard (JD).
In comparison, Nunes is a graduate of lowly Cal Poly from Hearst Country.
Guess whom I envy more for his education?

And according to Wittes and his team of analysts and writers, they prove that "the rank and file of the FBI" had not "lost confidence" in Comey, which is what then-White House Deputy Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders had told reporters after Comey's firing. Days after he fired Comey, Mr. Trump claimed that "Director Comey was very unpopular with most people," a remark he made during a news conference in late May.

Committee Votes to Release Democratic Rebuttal to G.O.P. Russia Memo

Will the Dotard prevent it's release or order heavy redaction? Not sure but the pressure will be on him and his lapdog Nunes.

The vote gives Mr. Trump five days to review the Democratic memo and determine whether he will try to block its release. A decision to stop it could lead to an ugly standoff between the president, his top law enforcement and intelligence advisers and Democrats on Capitol Hill.

If Mr. Trump tries to block the Democratic memo’s release, House rules allow Democrats to seek a closed-door vote of the full House of Representatives to override the president. With some Republicans now arguing for its release, the House could override the president’s decision in a rare rebuke to his authority.

For his part, Nunes went on Fox News last night, stuck to the script the White House wants the congressman to read, and told a national television audience there was “a clear link” between Russia and Democrats during the 2016 campaign.

The poor guy apparently thinks the way to restore his shredded credibility is to sound even more like the president he’s so desperate to protect.

Perhaps Fox news should start a new segment and call it the Nunes Report and let him make things up on the fly. Should be quite entertaining and I am certain the audience will believe every word.

No, I suspect it'll be released. By the way, from your NYT article:

The House Intelligence Committee voted unanimously on Monday to make public a classified Democratic memorandum rebutting Republican claims that the F.B.I. and the Justice Department had abused their powers to wiretap a former Trump campaign official, setting up a possible clash with President Trump.

Hmmm...quite a difference from how the Committee as a whole voted on the Nunes memo. Don't think a single Dem voted to release it, but interesting that the Repubs are open to getting Schiffty's memo out. Can't wait to read it, and then see how the mainstream press (and you guys) try to spin it.

This proves nothing. For example, from your article:

"Unexpected news such as this is hard to understand but I know you all know our Director stood for what is right and what is true!!!...He truly made us better when we needed it the most," Renae McDermott, the special agent in charge of the FBI's Knoxville, Tennessee office, told her staff.

McDermott was a Comey appointee.

Also:

"I just saw CNN reporting that Director Comey has been fired by President Trump," David Geilos, the special agent in charge of the FBI's Detroit office, wrote to his staff. "I have no notification from HQ of any such thing. If I receive any information from HQ, I will advise. I'd ask all to stand by for clarification of this reporting. I am only sending this because I want everyone to know I have received no HQ confirmation of the reporting. I hope this is an instance of fake news."

Geilos was another Comey appointee.

And then:

A number of other special agents in charge of regional offices had similar reactions, according to the emails obtained by Lawfare. So did Andrew McCabe, the bureau's deputy director, who became acting head of the agency when Comey was fired.
"We all miss him. And I know that he misses us," McCabe wrote in one memo to FBI staff that had become public last month.

McCabe, now gone, had his nose firmly planted in Comey's ass.

Printing some emails from Comey's appointees and friends, and characterizing farewell emails from Comey's friends within the bureau as "atypical of all-staff communications" is just funny.
