Corporations have a long history of using the government as their enforcer.
Which only adds credence to your argument. A corporation, by it's nature, cannot hold a gun to your head without government complicity.
The government, by it's nature, can hold a gun to your head anytime it has the desire to.
Myself, just being a dunderhead from Bugtussell, I figure that if you can limit the control the government can exert over you, you also limit the control that the unholy alliance of a corporation in collusion with the government can exert over you as well.
