It would seem to me that any such law is a direct violation of medical confidentiality laws on the books of every state in the union, including Alabama. But nevermind that for a moment...

The amendment has divided Republicans. Lt. Gov. Will Ainsworth, who presides over the Senate, posted on Twitter that his position is simple — "Abortion is murder." But other Senate leaders have insisted that there be exceptions for rape and incest.

WTF you stupid motherfuckers. In fact, people like Ainsworth are the only one's with any integrity. It's either a baby or it isn't...you either believe that life begins at conception, that all life is sacred, or you don't. The great hypocrisy of the majority of alleged pro-lifers is their willingness to make an exception in cases of rape and incest, in order to impose their fucking agenda on everybody else, which they fear won't get the support of more reasonable people if that exception is not included. You people say, it's not a choice, it's a child. Well, if that's the case, then it's not a rape, it's a child and it's not incest it's a child. The only reason these fucking hypocrites are actually religious bigots willing to make this exclusion is so that they can continue to stick their noses into the reproductive organs of American women who believe differently than they believe.

It seems to me that politicians who pass a law that they know is unconstitutional (in hopes of getting it before the Supreme Court) have violated their oath of office.
