Call for neighborhood watch in East Cleveland.
In case you didn't know 3 women were found dead in East Cleveland recently.

My take, he's is supporting the mayor calling for the neighborhood to do something themselves.

Problems need to be addressed at the source (family/community) and not at delivery points (Government) as is often the case.

Been there, done that. turn off your TV and get to know and talk to your neighbors. Get the Fire Dept to block off the street and have a block party and get to know and talk to your neighbors. Did I mention to get to know and talk to your neighbors? Streetlights are good too, make sure they are as bright as they can be, we got ours 1500 from 800 in a few spots. Lots and it doesn't cost more than turning off your TV.
Of course you can always get George to stalk your neighborhood. Make sure he has a gun to plant this time in case he kills an innocent unarmed teenager who is trying to stand his ground without a gun. Carl
