LOL. .but of course.
BamBam loaded up all kinds of agencies with lobbyist and lawyers and industry insiders from the RIAA and MPAA when he got in... Like the article says, it needs to be tested in court before they just start making rules up. OH WAIT, the courts are being loaded with some of the insiders too.. so much for that idea.. since the courts are not supposed to interject their personal morals into a decision..
