"Graham opposed Sandy aid but wants help in South Carolina"

http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/05/politi...g-federal-aid/

What's with these rightwing hypocrites?

When hard times hit them personally, the right wingers are the first ones to grab their tin cups and go crying to the government for a handout.

Christie should send Graham a video of him hugging Obama so that he can see how to show some gratitude.

Not only Graham but Gowdy, Joe Wilson and a bunch of others in the SC delegation voted against relief for those Yankees in New Jersey. Of course, they all want a handout now.

It takes a lot of gall to call needy folks moochers when the evidence shows that red states take in far more than they give.

Rightwing hypocrisy knows no bounds.

He doesn't remember.

https://www.yahoo.com/politics/sen-l...170558528.html

Quote:
South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham is seeking federal aid after his home state was ravaged by deadly floods amid historic rainfall triggered by Hurricane Joaquin.

“Let’s just get through this thing,” Graham said in an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer on “The Situation Room” Monday. “And whatever it costs, it costs.”

But in 2013, Graham was among 36 Senate Republicans who voted against giving similar aid to New Jersey in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. (The bill passed in a 62 to 36 vote.)

Graham told Blitzer he didn’t remember opposing the $50.5 billion Sandy relief bill.

“I’m all for helping the people in New Jersey. I don’t really remember me voting that way,” Graham said. “I don’t really recall that, but I’d be glad to look and tell you why I did vote no, if I did.”

SC has been all over the news showing SC people in tears after seeing armies of ordinary TN people showing up to help them for free.
