Eddie Albert was a scream as the psychologist turned hippie organic farmer in this farce about bringing democracy to third world. Kinda funny seeing as it was made in '55-'56.

In the first episode of season six there is a speaker in Don's fancy NYC apartment....I think it is a KLH Model 6 or an Old Large Advent.

whammo made the superball right? lol
Actually it begins with 1960 and doesn't get as far as 1970.

It covers my teenage years which is really cool.

There hasn't been a period in my lifetime that had more changes than 1960-1968 IMO.

Reconnected with "Goodfellas" recently and again was struck on how real
the portrayal of mobster life was. The film did a good job.

The work of mayor Giuliani NY really changed the swagger of the Italian
mobsters in the city.

I witnessed the transformation in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan. Giuliani
really took away their street game.

"Never rat on your friends, and always keep your mouth shut."

One of the best movies ever. Funny how much the gangster life is like politics.

BTW how's it going everyone, been awhile.

Yeah Henry (Ray Liotta) received a big welcome after being pinched for the first time and keeping his mouth shut. "He burst his cheery!", one of the
mobsters proclaimed.

For me personally ok since I am enjoying one of the coolest Brooklyn
summer in years.

I've always like Goodfellas. I got it on CD. The missus was like..."you've seen it 10,000 times on the TV, why would you want to buy it?"

Three Days of the Condor: A political thriller.

Robert Redford, Faye Dunaway, Cliff Robertson and Max Von Sydow

Always remember the character played by Max Von Sydow, for his
cool nonchalance.
