DeLay found guilty.

NO! This is impossible. He's a squeaky clean Christian Conservative, so I refuse to believe it. He would never, ever do such a thing. It just simply would not happen. I think we need Joe Barton to issue an apology to Tom DeLay and chastize the court for this obviously unmitigated attack.

Shame! Shame on them for smearing such an angelic, godly and spotless example of human perfection!

I'll defer to your post, sir.

May the thread continue here. What a prick Mr. DeLay was (is). Good riddance.

No, I don't think Charlie will be visiting the prison to see Mr. Delay. Rangel will simply have to endure the shame of a censure by the Congress.

Regards,

Employees in other "normal" lines of work could be prosecuted and serve jail time for what he did. It's just when Congress is considering their own for stealing taxpayer dollars (er, I mean borrowed Chinese dollars) they don't give a hoot.

Except for the simple fact that DeLay broke a Texas law on money laundering, whereas the only 'law' that Rangel broke near as I can see was not paying property taxes in a foreign country. Am I missing summat?
