I've always thought that. But, this is America. And the debate would get killed the instant the Republicans hear "....$2/gallon tax.....". After that, you might as well just fart through your pie-hole, cuz it'll get the same reaction. They won't hear another word of your argument.

Toronto doesn't have citizens.

And for all Mr Fords.... Foibles, he is actually a very fiscally responsible mayor.
