I got a letter from a customer today. This is a real letter stick a needle in my eye. Can't upload a PDF, here's the text: From: XXXXXXX To: XXXXXXXX NOTICE TO ALL SUPPLIERS: Due to increased costs for insurance, energy, and labor we cannot and will not accept any price increases. Hopefully the economy will improve and we will be able to pay a reasonable increase. I will advise when we can accept price increases. Please refrain from crying about your problems and sending me these bullshit price increases. Thanks for your support and understanding. XXXXXXX Pete
