I heard about an analysis of the Return on Investment (ROI) of the Superpacs. Karl Rove's Crossroads GPS had by far the lowest ROI of any such effort at 1.29%.

He'd better go in the Witness Protection Program as the Koch's and Adelson will probably hire a hit on him.

And these people think they can run the economy?

And to think that this clown is high in the brain-trust in the "party of fiscal responsibility."

What we need to run the world's biggest (probably) economy is a community organiser

Preferably with the same folks running it before the crash in control.

The community organizer seems to have a far better grasp of the economy than all the brain-dead acolytes of trickle-down economics on the other side.

I can't help but wonder if this same fear might have brought out a lot of other disenchanted last-minute voters and helped make it a decisive victory for Obama.

I mean, come on - Obama got Ohio, Florida, Virginia! What a victory! Change is slow in coming, but it seems at last a majority of our population now see the bullshit and have had enough.
I never let politics upset my contrarian nature, but then, I'm a worse case scenario and contengency oriented planner.

Obama did worse in 2012 than he did in 2008. I'd also point out that the election was still close and the country remains poltically divided. Once people come to realize the way Obamacare is backloaded and the lackluster economic groth resulting from the policies of the Obama Administration, the proverbial tide will change. We can no longer afford democratic social policies, our current miltary expense, and the adminisstration's continued rhetorical war on business.
