There are two trains in high speed on their way to a head-on collision.
My mother survived the Wilhelm Gustoff drowning in January, 1945 (more than 5000 did not). Now she is almost 91 years old and at the end of her life she must realize that the darkest moments of human history are going to repeat themselves.
Her 90th Birthday. My brother on the left, my sister on the right.

Nothing produces a cozier (cosier?) warmth than a Kachelofen.

Im not understanding our hard on for Iran. I doubt very much they treat their citizens any worse than many other nations including our own. We continue to threaten then year in and year out. Doesn't that make the United Staes the terrorist nation?
And after trumps speech who can blame these countries for persuing nukes.

......following the usual three solid minutes of self-congratulatory bullshit. 'Everything is wonderful now whether it really is or not, because I am God, infallible and perfect in every way. And if you dispute that you will be speaking with my lawyers, shortly.'.

The really sad thing about Trump's speech is that he thought it was great.
