Aw shucks.

Moved the refurbed speakers down to the mancave, and have been listening to:

Kenny Wayne Shepard - Ledbetter Hights
Steve Miller Band - 1968-73, The Best. Most of this is his pre-pop stuff.

Regards,

D-Ray

So Don, how did the wife like the new 'do? She didn't make you set up a cot in the mancave, did she?

Worse - she said it was cute.

However, she is at work now, and Jimi Hedrix at Fillmore is cranked up down here in the mancave. Because there is no concern down here about furniture arrangement, I am able to go for optimal speaker placement, and the Hendrix CD really gets close to a live concert experience.

Cause I'm a voodoo chile, Lord knows I'm a voodoo chile . . .

Hum - You'd Prefer and Astronaut
The Very Best of Cream - Sunshine of Your Love and Crossroads are just about perfect rock songs: a driving bass, great drum work, a guitar god and strong vocals.

Regards,

D-Ray

That sounds like a helluva album ( and definitely one to play loud). When was it made?

Regards,

D-Ray
