President Donald Trump is not alone in thinking media outlets spread "fake news."

More than 3-in-4 of 803 American respondents, or 77 percent, said they believe that major traditional television and newspaper media outlets report “fake news,” according to a Monmouth University poll released Monday, marking a sharp increase in distrust of those news organizations from a year ago, when 63 percent registered concerns about the spread of misinformation.

Among those, 31 percent said they believe those media outlets spread "fake news" regularly, and 46 percent said it happens occasionally.

I believe that this is a result of the demise of newspapers as the primary source of news and information. Now it's social media and talk shows polluting and distorting the facts.

McCabe always has maintained he has done nothing wrong and called himself the victim of political vengeance.

"At long last, justice has been done in this matter," McCabe's lawyers said on Friday.

"We said at the outset of the criminal investigation, almost two years ago, that if the facts and the law determined the result, no charges would be brought," they said in a statement. "We are pleased that Andrew McCabe and his family can go on with their lives without this cloud hanging over them."

My assertion still stands. He should have recused himself because of his wife high profile connection to the democrats.

That would be justice. With all the incompetent/corrupt judges Moscow Mitch is advancing, though, justice is going to be more difficult going forward.
