IMO, the appeal of V.R. to the GOP. He's a well spoken, well dressed, wealthy brown skinned fella. You can't pick a Reich-wing candidate or politician out of a crowd that doesn't share most of his views so what makes him different? Why was he placed center-stage in the so-called debate?
