Still waiting on the woofers to come from PE, they're very popular and on back order. Supposed to ship on Thursday. Also still working on crossover set-up. Thought about using the econowave crossover, but I don't have the money budgeted for the Selenium drivers. I've had a pair of Altec 808-8a laying around I want to use in the meanwhile. Not sure how well they'll work with the EW x-over.

And I thought you were building a solar powered absorption prototype out of old automobile parts!!!

Only speaker cabinets I've made were double mouthed bass reflex using Fostex FE 206E drivers with the required 4 ohms resistance. And while they sounded better than the AR's I was using in the shop, they weren't as good as what I've got in the house.

I finally got tired of walking around them, boxed up the drivers, and shoved the cabinets in a corner.

So did these speakers lean left or right when you finished them?
