If any of the accusations by the Republicans is true, then why hasn’t Congress done something about it? Isn’t Congress authorized under the Constitution to impeach the President for “high crimes and misdemeanors”? Will Speaker John Boehner lead the charge to impeach the President? (He seems rather silent on that subject.) Who will step up to the rostrum on the floor of the House of Representatives to bring the impeachment charges? Where are those bold “Tea Party Patriots”? (They seem to be all talk and no action.) Perhaps it is because they realize that the President has not committed an impeachable offense; and that such action would backfire on them come this November. There is the truth of the matter.
I suspect that the impeachment talk is only to raise money. Boehner also knows that he does not have the votes in the senate. So it will be an empty gesture. They are far better at shutting down the government.

Speaker Boehner’s lawsuit will not be heard. He does not have standing to sue President Obama. Without standing, the district court does not have subject matter jurisdiction; and the action must be dismissed, and any appeal denied.
Speaker John Boehner's bid to sue President Obama is a losing hand - it's not even openers - he doesn't hold the cards. As in the game of politics, he's all bluff; and the President has called him every time.
