Criminal Clarence

Clarence Thomas should face thousands in civil penalties: Watchdog
https://www.rawstory.com/amp/clarenc...ies-2659864004

Let’s not mince words. Clarence is a criminal. If he had a conscience, he would have resigned by now.

Going on what the talking heads said on the news and today on NPR. Since the SC have different ethics rules than other Fed Judges the trips "probably" did not "require" reporting. And no it was not a right wing (Fox) news source.

As to the reported income from "Ginger" whatever real estate company. It may turn out to just be a clerical error. The company dissolved and the holdings are in an LLC with almost the same name.

I am just standing in the middle watching with interest.

Not defending and only going by what I heard last night on the news and today while driving in.

Reckon Gaetz, Boebert, Greene, Hawley and Ron Johnson are just swell folks who only want good things for all the people in this country, eh?

Middle ground, eh? Standing in the middle ground means indifference to attacks on women's rights, LGBTQ rights, voting rights, etc. Which fucking side are you on? Failing to support those who are fighting for the rights of those who are not white christians, and fighting to stop this country's democratized gun carnage are on the side of Gaetz, Boebert, Greene, Hawley, Ron Johnson, and Donald Trump.

Which side are you on? The middle doesn't make it anymore. The behavior of Thomas' ignorant fascist wife is sufficient to have him impeached from the court. All this other shit is just the cherry on top.

Hey more noise... not much different than a MAGA morons noise.

1) Where did I say that... thanks for making shit up.

2) Yes I am 100% in the middle, I am on the USA's side, and depending on the issue I can have a left or right lean, but typically once the noise from either extreme is out of the picture there can be a common middle ground. Picking a team is what our main problem is now.
Being a non-party affiliated moderate has little to do with your rant. But just so you know as you apparently have no self control. I see all those issues as basic human rights issues, I am not triggered by a beer can. I often push back against the people in the box you think I fit in, although not as unhinged as you do. I am often thanked for not talking to people (either team) like they are idiots.

3) No disagreement that Thomas should not be there and never should of been confirmed. I just have realistic expectations since it appears no rules/laws were broken. As stated, only going by the talking heads on Sunday news talk and NPR and The News Hour.

Funny thing is yesterday on AK we were discussing PC membership. I mentioned how some on AK probably think I am bleeding blue liberal and some here on PC probably think I am a red hat wearing Trumper. Neither would be close to correct. Depends on the issue, as it should, but I lean left more often than I do right.

Standing by for more assumptions in the form of a rant.

We already have a solution to the problem, its called the election process. And one of the sides (and it's not extremist Republicans anymore, its the rank and file) that you approve of is doing everything possible to restrict access to the voting booth because they know they're outnumbered (in a country they think belongs to them) and unless they can trash the election system they will never put one of theirs in the White House in the foreseeable future. Lindsey Graham came right out and said it right after the 2020 election. They've already lost seven of the last eight Presidential popular votes.

And don't namecall me plonker, perhaps you're the one who sounds like a moron. I don't think you're MAGA. I belive you're an "independent." I also believe you're worse than the MAGA. I trust the MAGA, they're right out there waving their banners, they have integrity...their outside matches their inside. I know exactly who they are, what they are, and where they are. You're the people I don't trust...you'll flip the first time the government does something that hits you in the wallet, or when a halfway house for parolees opens up in your neighborhood. NIMBY independents...FEH.

I will never forget what poet and author Robert Bly said after the confirmation of Thomas...

"I'll tell you what the patriarchy has done for this country. It's put a self-pitying, pathologically lying, porn freak on the Supreme Court of the United States."
