Being nice I'd say he did have a tough row to hoe.

See how nice I am Bob?

Hard to NOT go up when it was as down as it was! It's also the weakest recovery in a long time. I see you don't mention foreign affairs

And McCain was indeed a moderate, and Palin was picked to offset that - wrongly it turns out. If he would've picked Lieberman it would've been the most centrist ticket ever. But the reality is, lip service aside, nobody really wants center, they want what they believe in. At least me and you're open about it lol.

Everybody keeps saying he should have kept troops in Iraq. Malaki would not agree that they only answer to our laws. Had he agreed and the first female warrior got tried under sharia law it would have hit the fan, Malaki removed all the Sunni (Bathist) officers and replaced them with Shia stooges. At the first sign of gunfire these officers deserted. Now that is what really haappened. I wonder how much the GOP has paid all these memoir writers.

We got the boot from Iraq for sure. It happened on Obama's watch.

I'd argue the bigger failure is ISIL and he not listening to his own people.

Btw, I figured out why the Admin uses ISIL and not ISIS. I thought it was to deflect attention away from said screwup but upon reflection is undoubtedly used to remind other players in the area at they are threatened too - the Levant is larger than Syria.

Is your Google machine broke Pete? Gee Dubya's SOFA agreement was the sole reason we did not leave an ineffectual residual force in Iraq.

Well Pete, when you are consistently wrong, that's what happens. Nothing personal.

I'm sure with a case of decent beer and some good California weed we could find something to agree on.

It was to be re-negotiated of course. Bet THAT doesn't happen again! Idiots.
