This was local. The huge propane tanks no longer have "Suburban Propane" written on them, but are entirely white, with layers of fencing around them.

At the trial, the government showed that Patterson and Kiles traveled throughout California, Nevada and Montana on militia trips and visited gun shows and survivalist expositions. Patterson often rented vehicles and made several expensive purchases.

Yet in an exclusive jailhouse interview with the Sacramento newspaper, he portrayed himself and Kiles as “two penniless ne’er-do-wells” who were highly unlikely to overthrow anything: “(We were) two guys who couldn’t get up the money to go to a gun show in Pomona.”

In court, too, their attorneys portrayed them as “men of inaction,” little guys great of spleen, but highly unlikely to ever actually follow through on all their angry, aggressive and boastful talk.

An Iowa man was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison for death threats against Arizona's former attorney general and a Maricopa County election official over the 2020 election, the Department of Justice announced Tuesday.

Not damn near enough time for what he did. They need to start treating these people like the threats to our democratic republic that they are

During sentencing, he expressed remorse for his actions. But once the prison term had been handed, he shouted "Trump won" after the judge had left the courtroom. What an ignorant arrogant asshole. He has already spent three years in jail.

Hey asshole, if trump won how come so many of your buddies are in prison along with you?

During his sentencing, Pezzola’s wife, Lisa Magee, cried as she gave a statement to the court.

“In no way am I making excuses for Dominic’s actions that day,” she said. “As I said on the stand, he’s a fucking idiot.”

Proud Boys "Elders Chapter" member Ethan Nordean sentenced to 18 years in prison for conspiring to incite fellow Proud Boys and others to overwhelm police and disrupt the certification of the 2020 election on Jan. 6.

When this is all said and done, it will be interesting to see how many people are convicted criminals for having chosen to follow Trump. If you add up all those involved in J6, the Mueller investigation, Trump's criminal schemes in NY, DC, GA and FL and all the Trump-inspired violence and election crimes around the country, it is nearly incalculable.

And to think just a few short months ago, Whell objected vociferously when I described Trump as a career criminal.
