You're missing a HUGE difference. The people you show in your videos are indeed disrespecting the American flag. They are doing it on purpose and are not claiming to do otherwise. We respect their right to free speech even when we don't agree with it. The jack ass kids are disrespecting the flag but pretending to be patriots. They're like the jack ass Harley Davidson people who think it's okay to use the flag as an advertising vehicle, or the idiot plumber who makes it part of his logo on the side of his truck. Using the flag in advertising is disrespectful. But don't tell that to Fox News. And coopting the flag to make a political point is very disrespectful, especially if the intent is to disenfranchise other Americans.

Point of clarification- no one is saying what these kids did is illegal. Just disrespectful. They're free to do what they like. No one made them remove the American Flag swimwear. They just told them they would have to leave because they were concerned about violence.
