I did and under Comey, the agency has not been at their best, perhaps even incompetent. But how does this reflect on Mueller's investigation?
Saying FBI is in shambles while perhaps true does not help Trump with his legal problems, unless you expect a judge to throw out all of Mueller's findings because the FBI is inept.

So my response is "so what". Let's bring the conversation back to Russia, Manafort, Cohen and Stormy. Not Fox though and who cares!

I think the FBI has always been a combination of brilliant and bureaucratic. They hire the best and the brightest they can, and have done a pretty good job of maintaining a culture of excellence, for a government agency. But the effects of brainless bureaucratic procedure, and the civil service's penchant for turning human beings into drones, cannot be wholly negated.

In fact, troops have seen a pay raise of at least 1 percent every year for more than 30 years. The 2018 military pay raise — which was 2.4 percent — was the largest for the armed forces in eight years.

The Danger of Imitating Trump

Donald Trump’s genius has always been his ability to capitalize, literally, on his fame—to use his celebrity as a vehicle to enrich himself, even when he didn’t have the accomplishments or knowledge or business prowess (or the cash) to back up what he claimed.

Since his entry into politics, plenty of his hangers-on have attempted the same thing, hoping that Trump’s fame could prove their meal ticket, too. And while some of these figures have found success, several of them also find themselves in serious legal jeopardy, demonstrating once again that what works for Trump is often extremely dangerous for other people.

The glaring current example is Michael Cohen, the longtime Trump fixer. In the last few days, there’s been a surfeit of new information about Cohen’s manner of doing business, both before and after the election. Cohen is often said to have been closer to the president than anyone else, and to have the best understanding of how he thought, and he seems to have pursued the purest version of the Trumpian scheme: Make big promises, pull in big money, underdeliver big-league.

Epic fail. Kinda like Whell’s daily efforts here.

In addition to Trump's personal attorney, his Campaign Chairman and assistant, and National Security Advisor are in deep legal shit. There's a good chance that are Junior, Kushner and Ivanka are too, among others. The only person close to Trump that appears safe, though deeply humiliated, is Melania. It's kinda like the Keystone Cops meets the Gambino Crime Family.
