Our definition of free speech is much looser than Europes too.

Seeing how we have a montage of graphics going. Let’s add one more to the mix.

If U.S. gun ownership is increasing, Why has the gun crimes and Firearm murders been declining?

The Annenberg Family Trust, I think.

It is the other way round, they fund other groups.

It seems like a mixed bag to me. Both suicides and firearm injuries from armed assaults went up.

I think the horse is so far out of the barn when it comes to gun ownership/regulation that nothing one way or the other will make much difference, at least in the short run.

It's significant that non-fatal gun assaults are up but fatalities are down. I'm pretty sure that's because trauma surgery techniques are imroving at a great rate, thanks to Iraq and Afghanistan.

I wouldn't correlate the spike in suicides to the growth of firearm ownership. It however is directly related to the increase in pscychotropic prescription drugs. I really wish you anti gun guys would relent.

Quoted directly from that link:

"The Annenberg Foundation continues its historic programming focus, but is expanding to include environmental stewardship, social justice, and animal welfare. The Foundation continues to evolve from a traditional grantmaking institution to one that is actively involved in the community. The Annenberg Foundation strives to promote charitable activities through which large-scale solutions to systemic problems are pursued."

Sound like a bunch of Democrat tree huggers to me. I could be wrong though.
