David Jolly Sets The Tone For 2014 Midterms

It's in David Jolly won U.S. House seat in Florida today. This was a direct vote against Obamacare and what voters dislike about Washington. Democrats in midterm elections are going to be running from their vote on Obamacare.

The GOP will control the Senate so check and balance is in place for a lame duck President.
