That looks like a normal driver down here. I did an experiment by driving at 55 mph a couple years ago and damn near got killed by my fellow citizens swooping by me. There are too many people on prescription drugs, alcohol, or illicit drugs that I'm amazed there are as few MVAs as there are. The feel good society doesn't take the risk of driving seriously despite that it involves a lot of kinetic energy and is one of the most complicated tasks that most people routinely do.
