Well, actually, I don't. It's certainly less objectionable than lining troops up in formation and subjecting them to nuclear fallout at White Sands but it's still not okay in my book.
Plus, I don't think we know how far they took the waterboarding done as part of the SERE training. Government apologists for torture might try to paint it as being just as severe as that which we inflicted on our prisoners but I wouldn't necessarily put much stock in that since it's the perpetrators providing the excuses.
Finally, you seem to be saying it's okay to do this because........ we do this. It's not wrong because "this is America and we don't torture." Again, horse shit!
