Don't believe that he knows or cares anymore. Now that he has no handlers in his stable, he is simply reacting and this was a reaction on a Faux piece aired that morning. DACA (the term, not the meaning) has become Trump's WMD. Keep repeating it and his base will believe that it's something bad. Mission accomplished.
