Beats me. Maybe you're a psychic lurking inside every immigrant's head and know why they pick here and not Germany or The Netherlands. What I can tell you though is that these "many" you speak of are not too many from Germany, The Netherlands, etc. If I were some poor schmuck fleeing from Honduras, El Salvador, or Guatemala...I would probably not have the money to fly to Munich and seek asylum there.
