I was the first person to have contact with this guy when he initially came in to our service department. I sat him at my desk after looking at his car, (a panel had come off the back of his passenger seat) and proceeded to look up his info. He only purchased a major mechanical contract, therefore, the repair would not be covered. He starts cussing at me in a rather loud voice and my Service director (seen in video talking to police) steps over and escorts the guy onto the drive, the next thing you know, out comes the 45. The guy pulls back the slide, releases it, and sticks it in my bosses face while saying he would shoot us all.
Yeah, I think everyone has a right to own a gun.
