On the subject of prenatal abortion, how about solutions that render it electively unnecessary?
A good majority of Planned Parenthood services did just that. "Outlawing" PP eliminates those services without replacing them, it's entirely possible to be in favor of PP and fetal/host health support promotion, pre and post natal.
