CNN says most counties in the 12th district now 100% reported. Unreported precincts are in Delaware and Franklin counties. Delaware will be a Balderson town I reckon, but the close-to-Columbus Franklin county area is still only 94% reported. On this basis I predict a very narrow O'Conner victory.
