So, the more amp comparison in the cake case would be denying an individual the right to religious expression, such as the Jesuits Act 1584, where the crown told Catholics to leave the country or face charges of treason.

Interestingly, in the Red Hen case, the owner was objecting to SHS's and Trump's behavior which violates at least three of the Ten Commandments (lying, stealing, and adultery), whereas the Ten Commandments are silent on gay marriage.
