Tammy is not only an Iraq war vet...she's a former Blackhawk helicopter pilot who lost both her legs and the use of one arm when her helicopter went down in Iraq. As the title of the article in Mother Jones points out...Nobody Puts Tammy Duckworth In A Corner. Of course our military-supporting GOP showed it's true colors when her opponent, shitbag single-term congresschmuck Joe Walsh suggested that "...all she talks about is her military record." And not a peep outta any of his fellow Republicans who are suddenly so very fucking concerned about problems down at the VA. Walsh became the winner of the Saxby Chambliss Dickhead Chickenhawk Award...and was subsequently handed his skinny pimpled deadbeat dad ass on a plate.
It's good she'll be on this committee as opposed to some floppy-joweled bluedog who doesn't care about jack shit outside of retaining his congressional seat.
