Actually there are names that go to the witnesses who say that Brown had his hands up. And real time audio of a white person saying something to the effect that of "hey he was shot with his hands up."
Give me one public name besides "police sources" or Wilson who says Brown charged.
Maybe if all the witnesses were white it would not be conjecture?
