I think we need the best legal minds while representing as many different groups as possible.
All young members of sociaty need to be able to identify with leaders and policy makers and not all can identify with an old white guy.
In fact many socioeconomic groups are very distrusting of old white guys. Excluding them from power will not change that, including them will.
