C'mon Karl, you're a better student than to take that logical leap.
There is a difference between explaining a process and endorsing it. I believe that I have posted before that more energy should be spent enforcing the laws against the employers who exploit the cheap labor - thus undermining the wage structure for other workers. Reduce the number of employers who cheat and it will decrease the incentive to sneak in.
