No, there's not.
However, I think it's possible to be a "pro-life" person without being rabidly anti-abortion to the exclusion of everything else.
Something to consider in all this is whether the fetus has better legal protection status as the property of the host than as a non-viable dependent "person" with all the potential legal complications.
