In the doc or interview me and Dave saw they also said that if the main stairwell had concrete walls instead of the drywall ones in the WTC they probably would've been able to evacuate the upper floors. New skyscrapers had already gone to concrete walls.

Otherwise I agree with you Rob. They could make building them so expensive it'd be crazy. You should take a look at that link, it's pretty interesting.
