A powerful one worlder like FDR would say in private 'Russia deserves a warm water port.' As a matter of fact one of those guys said that, either FDR or Truman et al, back then when the world was being rearranged. With 'the USSR' instead of 'Russia'. And no I don't remember exactly obviously, so I'm an open target
