It is obvious to any impartial viewer of available footage that the school kid was somewhat uncertain of the intentions of the Native American, Nathan, and even turned to one of his school mates who was arguing with another Native American and indicated to him to desist.
Nathan lied; he was the one who approached the kids and the only persons who were saying "Build the wall" were the Israelites who also were shouting some really vile stuff at the kids.
A really bad day for legacy media.
