Milley's back channel effort to childproof our military relationship with the PRC has both prescedents and some interesting implications for Alexander Vindman, who denounced it as a violation of constitutional procedure. Vindman probably knows more about American civics than most Trumpkin pol's, but has his own conflict with the manchild that destroyed his career over his recounting of the Ukrainian extortion attempt to bolster his political agenda.
