They need to be reminded just because it in you live close by you don't own it. Same with neighbors of mine and who think my land if wild and unkempt so up for grabs .
So they can do what they like on it without asking or caring. Dump that couch hunt or just walk through. I had one who tried to put a shed on my property, pulled up the pegs. A little talk from the sheriff stopped that guy. BTW he paid for them to be replaced!
Jezz if you own land and had people traipsing willy nilly thinking they could do what ever they wanted would you not get upset? Utah is a state and get federal funds when needed for upkeep right?
Buy your own land if you want a playground. O wait they are cheap skates after all.....
