So Meadows has testified to Obama federal Judge Steve Jones that he was a good little nazi who was only following orders from his lame duck fuhrer. And this should disqualify the courts of the State of Georgia from prosecuting him...an immunity argument. Jones has apparently already ruled in another case that the 11th Amendment (I think) does not provide a blanket immunity for any federal employee from state prosecution for violation of a state law.

If Trump ordered Meadows to shoot AOC in the head outside her NYC home, and he did it, does that mean the State of New York couldn't prosecute him for murder? IDTS.

And...so when Meadows said he was just doing his job, acting on orders from Trump to interfere in the Georgia 2020 election...is he not throwing Donald under the bus?
