If you use the red Post Reply box on the left or the Go Advanced box at he bottom you get a reply screen, scroll down on that and you will see a Manage Attachments box. Click on that and you will see a set of Browse boxes. That lets you look through yout hard drive to where you saved the shrunken photo, highlight the file and click on open then click where is says Upload.
