Russia can, at their own discretion, extradite criminals without an extradition treaty (as can we). Rather than even pursue it, your Dear Leader instead threw our country, its allies, and our intelligence services under the bus in Helsinki. Your Dear Leader is a fucking traitor, plain and simple.
