You are missing many, many points:

This commission that Trump has created is investigating a lie that Trump has been bellowing ever since the election: that Clinton did not win the popular vote because of massive voting fraud. Trump is castigating the very basis of our democracy by falsely implying that our voting system is rigged when in fact it is not. No busses crossed over from Massachusetts into New Hampshire filled with loyal Clinton voters who then proceeded to vote twice in another state for Hillary instead of Trump.

This is an example of Trump's anti-Americanism by lying about our political processes and by extension American democracy.

The man in charge of the Commission is hell-bent on denying voting rights to people who may not vote for the GOP. He is almost if not more dangerous than Trump himself. States should not trust him or Trump with sensitive voter information.

Finally impeachment is a political process and the definition of the phrase "high-crimes and misdemeanors" is whatever the House of Representatives determines it to be. Trump does not have to be indicted on any charge pertaining to the violation of any legal statute to get impeached.
